1. Security Protocols
All transactions carried out on olivance-paris.fr are protected by the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. This high-grade encryption system ensures that your personal and banking data cannot be read by any third party while being transmitted between your device and our payment partners.
2. Our Payment Partners
We work exclusively with global leaders in secure payment, certified PCI-DSS (the highest security standard in the payment card industry):
- Stripe: for all card payments.
- PayPal: for secure payment via your account or by card.
- Bank Transfer: for our bespoke creations and collector’s pieces (bank details will be sent to you once your quote has been approved).
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: for simplified, secure confirmation on mobile.
- SEPA Transfers: on request, for bespoke creations (once your quote has been approved).
4. 3D Secure Authentication
To strengthen your security, we use 3D Secure technology (Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check). During payment, you may be asked to complete an additional authentication step (via your banking app or an SMS code) to confirm that you are the cardholder.
5. Data Confidentiality
At no time does OLIVANCE have access to your card numbers. We only receive confirmation from our financial partner that the transaction has been approved, allowing us to begin preparing your order in our workshops.
