Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty. This period runs from the day your order is received at the delivery address provided.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products made to your specifications: this includes all made-to-measure olive wood pieces, personalised engravings and specific dimensions requested as part of a quote.
• Clearly personalised items: any piece that has undergone a structural modification at your request.

Note: pieces made to measure or personalised to your specifications are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This is stated on the relevant product page.

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in its original condition (new, not used for serving food).
• Be returned in its complete packaging (OLIVANCE case, inner protection) to avoid any damage during return shipping.
• Be accompanied by the invoice or the order number.

To exercise your right, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement:

• By email: send your request to support@olivance-paris.fr.
• Form: you may use the model withdrawal form (available on request), but this is not compulsory.

• Shipping costs: return costs are covered by OLIVANCE PARIS for any order delivered in France with items totalling €100 or more (incl. VAT). Below that amount, they are borne by you, unless the product delivered does not conform or is defective on arrival.
• Liability: the item travels at your own risk. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance appropriate to the value of the object.

We will refund all sums paid (excluding any return costs borne by you) no later than 14 days after receiving your decision to withdraw. This refund may be deferred until the item has been received. It is made using the same payment method as that used for the order.
